WHY PHOTONS MOVE ?

The right question should have been “why free photons move ?”

Take a toy, which runs on a tightened (wrapped) spring, i.e. you tighten the spring by moving the key, then release it, the toy begins to jump or dance as spring gets back to its normal loose position, thousands types of such toys are available (although now being replaced by battery driven ones).
Now question is why it jumps, anybody will answer, because of “THE MOTION” released by the decoiling of the spring, then, you hit a great point blindly i.e.ENERGY WHEN FREE IS : IN MOTION & what motion ? The speed of light, yes the speed of light, the toy is (inertia / mass of the toy) hindering the motion, if the motion would be freed from the toy (i.e. take the toy away from the motion if possible), the motion will immediately shoot up with light speed.
So we come to the point any free energy is always moving, otherwise it is not energy. AS CHARACTER OF MASS IS INERTIA, i.e. moving or remaining at a position, i.e. tendency to keep with the relative position with each other (as there is no absolute motion or rest for a material body), but light or any electromagnetic radiations (emr) have no relative motion but an absolute motion. That is 300000 KM/Sec & all free energy has this speed, even that of a toy.
Take another example, all have seen water waves, throw a pebble in a pond, round water waves are made & they move, water molecules don’t move (oscillate only about a mean position), but the motion moves on, yes one may say, it is at a much slow speed, then the answer is the same, had you taken away the water (toy), had you freed the motion, it would gain light speed.
The last example from “particle physics” , in the atoms when electrons jump shells or nuclei decay, photons come off & these photons were residing in the atom as energy at rest, bound, cocooned, but the moment these photons are (photons are always free, one may think or for the sake of physics or calculations take the photons at rest, but photons at rest no more photons or light or emr, Einstein understood this dual nature of photons & got Nobel for this, I will not go deep into this, as its not the debate here) freed from the atom they shoot at light speed, which the motion of a toy can’t do, only if the toy could have freed the motion totally as an atom does.
One may say unpegged energy shoots at light speed ie 300000 KM/Sec approx. But I don’t know yet why is this fixed speed ? Why not different speed (in vacuum) ?
